Terms of Service
Last updated: July 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cadence — the AI lead-callback service operated by PRNet Consulting (“Cadence,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
1. The service
Cadence provides an AI voice agent that calls your inbound leads back, converses using the configuration you provide, books consultations on your connected calendar, and summarizes calls. You configure the agent; you remain responsible for how it is used with your leads.
2. Your responsibilities — lead consent and compliance
- You may only submit, forward, or import leads who have given consent sufficient for calls and texts placed with an artificial or AI-generated voice (for example, TCPA prior express written consent in the United States). Cadence’s hosted forms include consent language; if you use your own intake, you are responsible for equivalent consent and for keeping records of it.
- You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your outreach, including telemarketing, call-recording, bot-disclosure, fair-housing, and licensing rules in your jurisdictions. Cadence enforces certain safeguards (calling-hour windows, do-not-call handling, opt-out honoring) but these do not replace your own compliance obligations.
- You will not use the service to harass, defraud, or contact people without consent.
3. Accounts and fees
- Self-serve plans are billed monthly in advance (currently $199.99/month including 200 connected minutes), plus metered overage (currently $1.00 per additional connected minute, subject to the spending cap you set). Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
- Subscriptions are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime via the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges but fees already incurred are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected services (Google Calendar, email) secure.
4. AI disclosure
The service uses artificial-intelligence voice technology. Default configurations identify the calling business on every call and answer honestly when asked whether the caller is an AI. You may customize the agent’s introduction; if you remove disclosure language, you are responsible for ensuring your configuration complies with the laws of the places you call.
5. Data
Your leads’ information is processed on your behalf to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You instruct us to process lead data by using the service. Call recordings and transcripts are stored so you can review them; you control your leads and may request deletion.
6. Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use; no attempts to breach, overload, or reverse engineer the service; no submitting phone numbers you do not have consent to contact. We may suspend accounts that put the platform, carriers, or the public at risk.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” AI conversations are probabilistic: we do not guarantee any particular call outcome, booking rate, or transcription accuracy, and the agent’s statements are not legal, tax, lending, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform. On termination we will, on request, delete your organization’s data within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
